INITIAL OT EVALUATION

Qualified comprehensive assessment consisting of direct observation by OT Provider, interviews with caregivers and existing service providers, and review of treatment and social history. The evaluation rate includes a shareable clinical report and a feedback review meeting with the child's family and/or treatment team to discuss findings and recommendations.

OT DIRECT SERVICES

Sessions with the client and/or family which take place in the home or the community in order to observe and support the child in their everyday environment. Services may include personalized therapeutic activities, community outings for direct skills practice, family education to support ongoing improvement, and interdisciplinary sessions.

OT CONSULT SERVICES

Ongoing in-person or virtual care coordination with the family and treatment team, support and guidance in between sessions to promote carryover, in-person or virtual attendance of additional meetings (CHINS, IEP, court, etc.), generation of additional reports and materials (ex., letter of medical necessity), and creation of therapeutic tools.

OT SKILLS GROUPS

Weekly neurodivergent-affirming skills groups for ages 5-12 that facilitate both structured and interest-led opportunities to learn about and address sensory regulation, executive functioning, and independence. The group environment and activities support social reciprocity and cooperation to increase communication and self-advocacy skills.

INDIVIDUAL PARENT & FAMILY COACHING

Neurodivergent-affirming education and support to assist families in developing their knowledge and confidence in best parenting practices, improve household communication, and build natural connections to ensure sustainable support for the child and family. Collaboration may also occur with schools and other providers to establish consistent affirming practices in educational and therapeutic environments.

PARENT & FAMILY COACHING GROUPS

Parent and family coaching groups are held simultaneously with the OT Skills Groups, offering caregivers tailored support and guidance to tackle specific challenges and reach their goals. Led by our Parent & Family Coach, these sessions provide a supportive atmosphere for connecting with other parents, sharing experiences, and acquiring practical strategies and insights to enhance their child's developmental journey.
